Categories of Sponsorship Available

You and your business are invited to participate as a sponsor at the South Texas Avian Symposium. There are three different categories of sponsorship. Choose what is appropriate for you and take this opportunity to help the Seminar and promote your business at the same time! The list below gives the benefits of each category.

1. $250 Sponsor:

• 8 foot table with cover
• Full page as in the Symposium Program Book. Note that all seminar attendees will receive a program book.
• A link to your website from the River City Bird Club web site (http://www.rcbctx.org) for one year.
• Sponsor Recognition in the River City Bird Club website for one year.
• Registration for one attendee to the Symposium on Saturday (includes lunch).
• Invitation to the Saturday Night Social.
• Sponsor will receive the RCBC Newsletter for one year.
• Second table for $150 additional.
• Third table for $100 additional and will include a speaker sponsorship.

2. $100 Speaker Sponsor:

• Full page as in the Symposium Program Book. Note that all seminar attendees will receive a program book.
• Special announcement at speaker schedule time
• Special recognition in the RCBC web site
• Special recognition in the RCBC Newsletter
  

3. Sponsor Advertisement in the Symposium Program Book:

Must submit camera ready copy of advertisement by August 15, 2004.
