About River City Bird Club What is it?

• The River City Bird Club (RCBC) is an association of avian enthusiasts, breeders and pet owners together, who have expressed an earnest desire to constantly make the living, health and breeding environment their birds are kept in the highest quality possible.

• This objective is to be reached through constant education, research and exposure to the very best experts in the field who have shown a desire to pass on their vast knowledge to an audience demonstrating a sincere desire to improve themselves and the quality of their birds.

• We have self-imposed guidelines for all to live by ensuring that we are all working to reach the club's stated objectives. These rules and guidelines include, but are not limited to, an application for membership requiring sponsorship by an active member, an inspection of any applicant's aviary and at least one inspection annually of each member's aviary to insure that everyone is, in fact, striving to maintain the club's expected high degree of excellence.

• RCBC is proud that we have an advisory board made up of local very highly respected Avian Veterinarians. These professionals are very active with the Club, helping to guide us toward our stated objectives.
